We do not collect or store full credit or debit card numbers on our own servers. Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc., our third-party payment processor. When you enter payment details, they are transmitted directly to Stripe. We receive limited billing information from Stripe such as the last four digits of your card, card brand, expiration, billing ZIP, your subscription status, and transaction history. Usage and content data

We collect information generated as you use the Service, including the articles and topics produced for your account, publishing activity, performance and analytics data (such as page views and ranking signals associated with your content), application activity, approval and rejection actions, and support correspondence.

If you contact us, or if we send you transactional or marketing email, we keep records of that correspondence, including delivery, open, and click events provided by our email service provider.

We retain account, content, and billing records for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to meet our legal, tax, accounting, and operational obligations and to resolve disputes. Content published on your behalf may remain publicly available unless and until it is removed.
