Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 12, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what information Blog Scoreboard collects, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. By using the Service you agree to the practices described here.

Ezekiel Enterprises LLC dba Blog Scoreboard ("Blog Scoreboard," "we," "us," or "our") provides an AI-assisted blog-content and search-visibility service for local businesses (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy applies to information we collect through our websites, subscription pages, the customer application, and our email communications.

1. Information We Collect

Account information

When you start a trial or create an account, we collect information you provide, such as your name, business name, email address, phone number, website URL, business category, and the city or service area you want to target. We use this to set up and operate your account and to produce content on your behalf.

Payment information

We do not collect or store full credit or debit card numbers on our own servers. Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc., our third-party payment processor. When you enter payment details, they are transmitted directly to Stripe. We receive limited billing information from Stripe such as the last four digits of your card, card brand, expiration, billing ZIP, your subscription status, and transaction history. Stripe's handling of your data is governed by Stripe's own privacy policy.

Usage and content data

We collect information generated as you use the Service, including the articles and topics produced for your account, publishing activity, performance and analytics data (such as page views and ranking signals associated with your content), application activity, approval and rejection actions, and support correspondence.

Communications data

If you contact us, or if we send you transactional or marketing email, we keep records of that correspondence, including delivery, open, and click events provided by our email service provider.

Device, log, and cookie data

Like most online services, we automatically collect technical information when you visit our sites or use the application, including IP address, browser type, device and operating system information, referring pages, and pages viewed. We and our service providers use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, secure the Service, and measure traffic and performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect how the Service works.

Marketing and prospect data

We may collect publicly available business information (such as a business name, category, location, and publicly listed contact details) to identify and contact local businesses that may be interested in the Service. If you receive outreach email from us and do not wish to be contacted, you may unsubscribe using the link in the message or by contacting us.

2. How We Use Information

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as described below:

4. Data Retention

We retain account, content, and billing records for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to meet our legal, tax, accounting, and operational obligations and to resolve disputes. Content published on your behalf may remain publicly available unless and until it is removed. You may request deletion of your account data as described below, subject to records we are required to keep.

5. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) or other state privacy laws, including the right to know, delete, and not be discriminated against for exercising your rights. We honor verifiable requests to the extent required by applicable law. To exercise any right, contact us using the details below.

6. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Children's Privacy

The Service is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

8. International Users

The Service is operated in the United States. If you access it from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be processed in the United States, where data-protection laws may differ from those in your country.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes may also be communicated by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised policy.
